Assassin Imperial - Finish factions, armor crafter is available in the zone you are sent to once you defeat shiro

Assassin Kurzick - Get to House Zu Heltzer in Factions, that armor is available there

Assassin Fissure - Fissure of Woe of course, you'll need to complete a bunch of quests to convince the armor you are deserving.

Assassin Imperial: 1.5K version - Crafter in Budek Byway close to
Vizunah Square Foreign Quarter

15K version - Divine Path after you beat Shiro

Assassin Kurzick: 1.5K version - House zu Heltzer

15K version - Vasburg Armory (after you do Eternal Grove)

Assassin FOW: Fissure of Woe, of course
